Synopsis:
Four
quick and risque stories:
- "Playground
Nostalgia" - A computer nerd gets his jollies by peeking out
the window as his dream girl walks by everyday. When he realizes she's
stopping near his building to do more than just admire the flowers,
he sees a situation to take advantage of.
- "How to
Get a Pizza For Free" - Three mischevious sisters who frequently
order from a pizza parlour which has a 30-minute wait or get it for
free deal... and they always, always get their pizza free.
- "Tai-Chi
Girl" - Chin Chin is a Tai-Chi expert from China who is visitng
Japan for an interview, but she never meets up with the journalist.
Instead, she is taken to a massage parlour where she is employed as
one of the girls, until customers start complaining that she gets
them off before even touching them.
- "Sailor
Warrior Akko" - It's about cute girls on a windy day! A rampaging
pervert is on the loose and it's up to sailor girl Akko to save the
day, by any means possible.
Review:
I enjoyed this anime -- partly because for a change there weren't
any pillaging tentacles flying all over the screen, and also because
it is more centered on humor rather than pornographic content.
Tales of Tittilation is made up of short skits revolving around panty
shots and wacky plots, making up 35 minutes of light hentai. There's
nothing extremely sexual or perverse, and there's not a single tentacle
to be found. ToT is as wholesome as hentai can get, with characters
depicted as sexless, while at the same time poking fun at Sailor Moon!
Nothing gets too serious here. There are also quirky little advertisments
in between episodes, with superdeformed characters running around urging
you to buy the tape. The vignettes are filled with panty shots and perverted
businessmen, but nothing too outlandish.
"Sailor Warrior Akko" is the best story of the four, invoking
fond memories of shoujo anime gone wrong. It showcases just how effective
a panty shot can be and demonstrates unique uses of male reproductive
fluid. There is also a transformation scene, and shades of Sailor Moon
can be seen here and there.
