My vote goes to "Kite kite Atashi'n'chi". "I Want Out" is a good song and the theme sequence isn't too bad but what sold me on Atashi'n'chi was it's catchiness for lots of reasons. I love hip hop in most of it's forms and since i especially love it when it's mixed with rock, the melody is sweet and the voices of the Japanese artists rapping definitely sealed the deal. It also sends out the message based on the cover art that an anime doesn't need to be sophisticated in character design for it to be good. Look how well unconventional designing has been for Shin-chan, for example.

Atashi'n'chi it must be. It's a very catchy song, based upon the "Pomp and Circumstance" March #1 by Edward Elgar, while "I want out" sounds like a recording session after an allnighter at a local whiskeybar.

I'll go for the obscurer "Kite kite Atashi'n'chi", I swear I've listened to this song before, or the melody I'm not sure, it just sounds very familiar. And of course it's all in all a very likeable theme.
"I want out" on the other hand sounds empty, I don't like it.

The "Pomp and Circumstance" March #1 is well known all over the planet... at least as far as the British influence stretched.
