It was the dark times of the 90s, when everything Hentai was circumscribed with the absence of light. I'm not enumerating all the titles, I'm sure you can think of enough such titles.

1996 brought us Injû Alien, the "Lust Beast Alien", aka. the "Alien from the Darkness".
Think of "Alien" combined with Porn, and the Nostromo being manned by a handful of women, and whereas Giger's pet just killed them off, in this one-episode OVA the women simply do not survive the attempted procreation. Obviously tentacled creatures and human woman are not compatible, and one's sperm is another's poison. Or whatever. It leads up to the last woman getting rid of the alien, which we expected even more than the obvious twist in the end. It's so sad... the drug smuggling subplot does not increase the quality either...

I wonder who wrote the description on ANN:
"The all female crew of the transport ship Muse is on a mission in deep space. They pick up an SOS signal and discover a derelict space cruiser where all the women have died mysteriously. They take the only survivor, a young woman named Flair, and detonate the ghost ship. However, the danger is just beginning. With Flair on the Muse, the romances between the women begin to take a new turn. One by one, the crewmembers are attacked by a mysterious alien presence, desperate to find a way to reproduce with human women."
(Emphasis added)

First of all, all people on the "derelict space cruiser" are dead, including the men, and they're all at least partly naked. Only the women are covered with slime, though.

Then we get the impression that the crew was a gathering of lesbians, which is not true - there is exactly one lesbian couple on the Muse, and the only "new turn" that their romance is taking is that they both are killed. One episode of 45 minutes is clearly too short to show more or even less subtle changes in someone's relationship!

And last but not least there's not hint at the alien being "desparate" in any way. It gets on board and sticks its tentacles into the body cavities of the crew. It's as unimaginative as that.

Watching this Anime is a waste of time, folks. Graphical quality is decent (and so is the voice cast), but none of the action scenes is long and detailed enough to make up for the time you need to unzip your pants!

To think i've had an inkling throughout the years to watch this piece of hentai viewage. I know it's an Alien rip but until you cleared up the whole lesbo situation, i thought the whole crew were doing the nasty on each other for all i knew. That's kinda cheap in making less than a quarter on that promise. As for a twist ending, i still don't know what it details but i've never really been dead set on finding out. I would think that the only definite exception to the girl on girl action would be the main character's sister unless i've read clips that i've seen the wrong way and she looks so much younger than the other crew members but not to the point of loli.
