Ghost in the Shell is one of those anime series I love watching in english more than japanese (and I always prefer japanese)...the va's did a good job...

The Bandai edition of Innocence is still Japanese by default, but there's two additional dub tracks on the edition I bought here: both the Manga UK dub and Bandai's dub. The Bandai dub features the cast of SAC in the Section 9 roles that turn up.

I should be posting something in the appropriate watching now threads, now that I think about it...

Man, Fear Factory really brings me back. Back in my younger days when I was more prone to listening to music like this I remember quite enjoying Descent and I actually have a couple in my main music folder (Archetype, Resurrection, and Invisible Wounds The Suture Mix). Most of their stuff seems a bit too hardcore for my tastes, especially now that I almost exclusively listen to soundscapes, but I do still enjoy the ones I mentioned.

I haven't really been buying much lately. It seems my lack of anime watching has coincided with a lack of buying anything of that nature. I did just order a new pair of roller blades though. I used to be sort of a speed skater back in the day, but when I started going to college my rollerblading dropped off completely. I'm hoping that with the new pair and desire to start up again that I will be able to renew my former vigor. Roller blades have changed so much from when I bought my last pair (which was probably 7+ years ago now and from Sports Authority) that it was quite interesting to see all the new styles and designs. I ended up getting a pair of Luigino Skates Attitude Pilot 110mm, which I am hoping are worth the money. It's going to be interesting not having ankle support anymore. I'm hopeful that won't throw me off too much...
