As for Koe de Oshigoto.... well steel your brain for the proportions of just how wrong something can get.

I never expected it to be good, but, you know, I like the keywords.
What I got here are... Thai subtitles. :P2:
Now, let's see...

Kana has just become 16 years of age and her sister Yayoi, who is running a recording studio that produces voice-overs for Hentai games, asks her to help out and become a Seiyû. Shocked by the infamous words and sounds she has to utter Kana has problems fitting in at first, but with some help of Senpai Fumika and some seemingly unorthodox training methods her skills quickly begin to show.

The one-episode OVA in fact contains no "real" sex. All the action take place in the games within the Anime or in the characters' minds. The series takes a comedic stance and has therefore no display of hardcore details.

I like it how they censor the speech sound in order to avoid "o-Manko" (vagina), "o-Chinchin" (penis), and "Chinpo" (dick), the slippery graphical depictions with an "NG" ("no good!"), "Risky", or "Keep out" bar, and the not so slippery but still written words with an "X sticker". :P2:
(The speech part kinda corresponds with Japanese debut porn where they make the actresses say exactly those words, which is hilarious and cute at the same time.)

The colorfully glowing penis is funny, too, and I don't remember any woman who would've lost so much saliva while licking an index finger or what it stands for.

To sum it up, I like its graphical appearance and I like it's relatively harmless sexiness.
The musical soundtrack isn't half bad, and the voices came across really well, emotional nuances and all...
I wouldn't have expected Mako to appear in such a role. I remembered the sound of her voice but I wouldn't believe it until I saw it in the credits and on ANN. We're talking about the Mako of Kamichu! fame, and I'd say that's quite a gap in genres. Such gaps make me happy. At least most of the time.

Eventually I could not help but rate it "very good".
What can I say? I'm a seiyû buff. :D

Edit: Added a description of contents.
