Ed and Al are fine as I am a fan of the FMA series.

Still looking for some more opinions on the sig sizes before I finalize it!

Doesn't look like many people visit this section of the forum :/

Personally I think the 125 height limit is awesome, gives a lot more room to work then on a 100 limit. I hope you stick with 125.

Moonunit,

No worries, I am happy with 125, just looking at it against 150 now.

Alright, well lets just go with a sig size of 600x130 for now, as people don't seem too concerned with the size.

Ha damn it....let`s see what sizes I used...though I only made one...I made it 600 x 150....but changing it afterwards to 130 shouldn`t be a problem I guess....

I still have time I assume...

Here`s mine...

Fresnokila,

Nice work with that sig, it's impressive!

Ya, after seeing 150px I think it is a good idea to keep them at 130. It's just a little too big at 150. (Sorry about that)

I'd have to say this one is one of my best so far.

My sigs are starting to get a whole lot more complex.

Mmsven I have to say I like how you`re getting better with each sig...it`s like you`re trying to best yourself with each one which is a good thing...
The Princess Mononoke has to be my fav of the ones you`ve made...

The number of visitors to this thread is approaching 450. Not so many, compared to other threads, not no so few either.
100 pixels is as big as the avatar size... that's enough for a good result, but I'd also say it's the lower limit. So, 125 would be nice, wouldn't it, since it attracts the eye more easily because the depicted objects are more obvious.

And yet it still seems to be just us, the OG generation, plus some newcomers like Adict, who are actually posting. :?

Maybe we need some advertising. :D
Rowena once said Animetric had quite a good Google rating... how's our current rating on search engines anyway, I wonder?

42317,

You're correct, Animetric does have quite good rating in general on Google. However, one of the main problems is navigation, as I have said before, since almost everyone that enters the site on a review page leaves on that page, never making it to the home page at all. (The home page is the only page with any ease of navigation, and only 25% of people enter on that page). When I did the redesign I addressed that issue, however, other problems kept coming up, as well as the realization that the site is so large that I really need it written with a code that will allow me to make changes to the overall site by just changing the code in one area, rather than having to do it on every page individually. (Which I believe can be done by writing the site completely in CSS). So now I am just waiting to get some more money together so I can buy another redesign, and this time it should be usable.

Animetric currently receives ~3000 unique visitors a day, so the traffic is here, I just need to get it moving about the site. Obviously though, this also means we have a lot of people reading the forums and such that just aren't members yet.

After a short calculation, I'd like to add that the Top 5 posters have posted more comments than all the rest together! :D
A moment ago the forum's homepage said there were 3918 posts so far - according to my manual calculations the Top 5 (who include one NG member = The Adict) make up for 2093 of them.
