I like both songs, Magic sounds like one of those classic pop songs from the 80's, Ai no Fugue on the other hand sounds very technical and difficult to sing.
I didn't really like the ending sequence for Stardust Memory, it doesn't have much to watch, but I suppose it suits the song well.
The OP sequence for Nazca seems a lot more interesting and gives me an idea of what the shows about.
I picked Ai no Fugue.

The song and video for MSG both fit each other well, but while the song is fine, the video is basically non-existent. Nazca on the other hand has a much more engrossing song with an OP sequence that at least gives you something to watch as the rather catchy tune plays (though I stick to whistling it myself lol).

My vote goes to MSG 0083: Stardust Memory ED 1 "Magic". The song is catchy and filled with uplifting melodies. As for the background, seeing the Earth rotate and the Sun shine brightly may not appease those looking for quality in animation, but those sights are soothing to the nerves so all in all, these factors combine into a mix of mellow that pleases this firecracker.

Magic is a typical ending song lullaby. It's so boring I could bee on my desk out of protest!
