As the title says, what continent are you from?

Just a poll for now, but we can think of something else such as having some sort of graphic that indicates how many people are from each continent.

Me from North America. To be more precise the area around Lake Superior. It's winter here and it's cold. Yesterdays high was like 4 F with a windchill of -20. Yes we have server weather where I live. We go from a few days above 100 F in the summer to -50 F for a few days in winter, and I'm not talking heat index either.

Whose from Australia and Asia?

I'm also residing in Australia. What happens if someone doesn't happen to live on a continent? Should they just select the closest one?

Where would some live so that they aren't considered a part of any continent? Like out in the open ocean somewhere?

Probably. The Pacific Islands come to mind. Those are usually classified under Oceania (although Australia and New Zealand are sometimes considered part of Oceania, oddly enough.)

I was thinking about the Pacific Islands as well. Also I know that Hawaii is a part of the United States but I personally don't consider it to be a part of North America.

Wow, it's odd how well I get alone with people from Australia.

Also Australia considered Oceania, that is odd.

North America. New York's as North America as it gets.

Yeah, Hawaii's as much a part of North America as Cuba is.

So you decided to comment about you not commenting about it...

Anyway, it is weird to think about where people are from. Call me naive but it still surprises me some times when I find out a board member is over half way around the world. Same thing happens when I play on XBox Live and I am playing people from Mexico or England(only happened once)

Hey, guess what continent I'm from? No, it's not Monster Island.

It's *drums rolling*.........................

NORTH AMERCA!!!!!!
I live in the northeastern part of Ohio. Has the usual hot summers and cold winters. Nothing truly special. Cept that Canton is the Football (American Football) Capital of the World, which I don't care cuz I find football to be boring, except for college football and especially when OSU plays. GOBUCKEYES!!!
