The album with Jay-Z was a remix album? I thought it was live. That's what I get for letting that one be the only LP album I haven't bought yet.

I might be thinking of the show they did for MTV, which I think might have been them performing the album.

You are. I bought the album and it came with a DVD. The DVD showed them in the studio recording the tracks, and then it had the show they did for MTV afterward.

I bought Minutes to Midnight on the day it released, I've listened to it dozens of times, and I'm still not entirely sure what my opinion is on it. I think that if I consider the album and ignore all of the previous work done by the group, it's a solid album. It's nothing amazing or groundbreaking, but it was worth my $10. However, because of the fact that Linkin Park was one of the first bands that I ever really got into, part of me still misses their old style and wants to hear the hip-hop beats, Shinoda rapping, and Chester screaming loud enough after every other verse that my throat hurts just listening to him. I can understand and accept the fact that the band wanted to move in a new direction and try something different. I have to give them some degree of respect for that and I believe they succeeding in putting together a decent album. Unfortunately, though, it wasn't what their fans, myself included, were looking for.

Just throwing in my .02 cents.

I have enjoyed every album the band has released. So naturally I got "Minutes to Midnight" and I was very surprised even though all the critics said it was really different. I still really enjoyed it. And I think its the best lyricly(sp?) out of all their CDs. I wish they had hit more of a rock tone but I am still pleased with the result. As a matter of fact, I have not stopped listening to it since I got it.

Haha, yeah I wonder whether this is a word you can find in or derive from a dictionary. :D
Amazing though, everybody with a decent understanding of English will understand. Language is great.
But I guess it does not exist, can't find it anywhere in online or printed dictionaries, not this particular form.

Your right about how people will understand. Although it's really not all that big a deal, I just happen to be bored enough to check the spelling with the dictionary application Apple packed into my computer. If your interested: lyrically. If not, don't mind me, I just feel like sharing.
