Synopsis:
Etsuko Yamanobe is an anchor-woman and reporter for the Flower TV Network. She subscribes to the tagline “sex sells” and uses it any chance she gets, such as giving the audience a panties show while talking about the news. Things are about to get a little more intense than a simple panty show though. Damesuke just got fired from his job and is looking to take out his revenge on his ex-boss’s daughter, Mayumi. Not wanting to let this great opportunity pass her by, Etsuko masterminds a plan to get incredible ratings by influencing Damesuke into continually raping Mayumi for the entire world to see. With her cameraman in tow, she will brave his anger and incite his lust in the name of sexual entertainment.

Review:
Following the sexploits of Etsuko, Foxy Nudes weaves a twisted tale around Damesuke and his incredibly long rape of Mayumi, which takes up over half of the 50 minute runtime. The rape, and all the events surrounding it, are the central focus of the title, a title which, for all intense and purposes, is tagged as a comedy. And while Foxy Nudes may try to create comedy out of absurdity, using rape as a backdrop does not add any comedic value to their efforts, especially with how it’s presented. This is not your typical “hentai rape” where the girl enjoys it after a couple seconds of plowing. She is crying the entire time, calling for people to help her, and eventually going insane after everything she is put through. All this, while Etsuko stands there with her cameraman filming, egging Damesuke on to keep it up, giving him sex toys, alcohol, and drugs to keep him working it. Yes, it’s absurd, but it is hardly a barrel full of laughs.

When the title isn’t focused on the rape directly, it throws in a couple of consensual sex scenes and humorous situations. This is where Foxy Nudes does actually achieve some laughs and entertainment value. Etsuko is one horny reporter, who loves to have sex with anyone and everyone, anywhere, especially when it makes her some money or gets her a discount. One of the best scenes in the title occurs when Etsuko goes to her other job as a sexy singer in a club. She’s singing for tips, in a scandalous outfit, when she loses all the money in her bra and panties. When she goes down to pick up the money, which she does in a great hurry, she starts getting treated like trash by the patrons of the club. A most fitting turn of events after watching Etsuko mastermind how to keep Damesuke trucking.

Animation wise, Foxy Nudes falls into the familiar pitfalls of most hentai titles. It’s really just a textbook hentai title in terms of animation, and pretty much the same is true of its practically non-existent soundtrack. The character designs do achieve a reasonable level of success though, with some fairly good looking women. Etsuko is probably the best looking of the bunch, closely followed by Murata, a security company employee who gets in on some consensual action. Mayumi, by contrast to the others, is made to look like a whore. Well, a whore by Japanese standards anyway, with dyed hair and tanned skin, most likely as a way to make her rape seem less heinous. Add that to her continuously tear streaked face and she ends up as the most unappealing of the women. And no, these aren’t tears of joy.

While Foxy Nudes does flirt on the more perverse side of the hentai pendulum, compared to some of the stuff out there really only grazes it. Such acts include, but are not limited to: sex toys, a whole lot of rape, piss drinking and pissing in general. Etsuko even let’s you know right off how much she enjoys pissing in someone’s month, and does at one point. That isn’t to say there isn’t some consensual sex strewn about, but for the most part it’s centered on Damesuke and all the ways he can think, or Etsuko can imply, about “doing” Mayumi.

Foxy Nudes, for all its effort, does turn out to have some amusing aspects, with some enticing sex scenes and humorous situations. However, the bulk of the show is so distasteful with the unrelenting rape of Mayumi that it just doesn’t sit well no matter how you look at it.
